The value for money at Biking In The Borders Villa was exceptional - a well-equipped, modern yet cosy apartment that exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the village centre and the start of the biking and walking trails. The staff were friendly and the locals made us feel welcome.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I always stay at this place when I'm in town. The staff helped with early check-in on my first visit. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, I can enjoy hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. Perfect for me! Coming back for Christmas.

The house was amazing, with attention to detail and a true home from home feeling. The rooms were lovely, the beds super comfy, and the shower was amazing. We loved the layout of the main living space, with huge and comfy sofas, a log burner, and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room. The location was excellent, central yet very quiet, and we were able to walk to everything easily. The property was well furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The option of bike storage was a big plus for us.
One small downside was the access to the back of the house - the wee lane was a bit dark, but it wasn't much of an issue as we had a torch. We also got a bit chilly on the first night since we weren't familiar with the central heating setup, but once we figured it out, the rest of our stay was lovely and cosy.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and lovely touches made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. , as a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with no stairs or obstacles that would make it difficult for me to move around comfortably.
I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior guests. Perhaps having staff members who are specifically trained to cater to the needs of older individuals would have been beneficial.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the town center and quiet surroundings. the spacious open-plan kitchen/living room/diner is a fantastic feature, providing a comfortable and cozy space. the bedrooms are well-designed and offer ample storage. the option of bike storage is also a big plus for those traveling with bikes.
The requirement to strip the bed linen and bag used towels before departure may be a bit inconvenient for some guests.

Our stay at Biking In The Borders was absolutely amazing! The villa was well-furnished, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. We loved the spacious rooms and the attention to detail in the decor. The location was perfect for exploring the Borders, and it was lovely to have Innerleithen's facilities just a short walk away. We even enjoyed some fun game nights thanks to the provided games. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was fantastic. the villa felt like a true home away from home.
While it would've been convenient to have the villa on the ground floor, the slight inconvenience of a few steps is a small price to pay for the privacy and seclusion it offers.

The place had 3 cozy bedrooms and a spacious living room, which was perfect for my group of friends. It felt like a home away from home, and we could easily relax and unwind after our outdoor adventures.
I personally would have preferred another bathroom with a hairdryer, but that's just my own preference. Others might not mind at all.
